    The Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Com. Sub for House Bill No. 3062--A Bill to amend and reenact §19-12A-6a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to increasing the limit for collections into the land division special revenue account of the Department of Agriculture from $1,500,000 to $3,000,000.
